EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Event Photography for Corporate & Nonprofit Events – Santa Fe, NM

Looking for an experienced event photographer in Santa Fe, NM? I specialize in documenting corporate and nonprofit events—including conferences, retreats, board meetings, workshops, team trainings, and fundraising galas—throughout Santa Fe and northern New Mexico.

My focus is on natural, storytelling images that capture the energy, connection, and emotion of your guests, speakers, and participants. I also work with organizations for on‑site headshot days, conference coverage, and marketing‑ready images that can be used for newsletters, social media, and donor communications.

Whether you’re planning a corporate event, nonprofit gala, training session, retreat, or meaningful gathering of any kind, I’ll deliver compelling, high‑quality imagery that tells the story of your event and the people who make it happen.

Nonprofit Conference & Community Event Photography — New Mexico Book Association

I photographed the New Mexico Book Association’s Winter Fiesta and summer gathering at The Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe, capturing speakers, audience participation, member connections, candid moments, and event details. The resulting image collection gives NMBA versatile photographs for newsletters, social media, future event promotion, and member communications—while conveying the energy and community behind its programs.

Corporate Training & Leadership Event – International Logistics Company

For this corporate leadership and team-training gathering at Bishop’s Lodge in Santa Fe, I photographed keynote speakers, panel discussions, audience participation, candid interactions, and recognition moments. The coverage captures both the professional scale of the event and the human connection among participants, creating polished images for internal communications, marketing, recruiting, and future event promotion.

Concerts, Retreats & Live Events – A Community Festival in Lamy, New Mexico

Live music, spiritual gatherings, and intimate community events all benefit from a sensitive, unobtrusive approach. At this festival gathering at the Our Lady Of Light Church in Lamy, NM, I captured candid moments and performance images to show the atmosphere of the space, the connection between performers and audience, and the feeling of being there.

Community Events & Market Storytelling

Community events, artisan markets, and public gatherings deserve the same thoughtful coverage as corporate productions. In this collection from the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market and Railyard Artisan Market, I focus on candid, colorful moments, quiet pauses, and the way visitors, vendors, and passersby inhabit the space. The result is a documentary‑style visual record that organizations and small businesses can draw from for websites, newsletters, and social media while staying true to the lived experience of the event.
