Short Documentary Films for Local Nonprofits
Human-centered stories that help organizations connect with donors, volunteers, and their communities.
1) Lamy Community Restoration
A short documentary about a community effort to restore a historic building in Lamy, told through the voices of residents and the nonprofit leading the project. A story about place, memory, and the shared work of preserving something meaningful.
“Max’s work on the Our Lady of Light Historic Foundation documentary was both thoughtful and deeply attentive. He found a powerful narrative in the simplest moments of our volunteer efforts and revealed the heart of our community. The finished film is an honest, beautiful portrait of who we are.“
Julian Scalia, BOARD CHAIRMAN, OUR LADY OF LIGHT HISTORIC FOUNDATION
2) Santa Fe Animal Shelter
A focused piece created to support the Shelter’s work, and promote volunteerism, highlighting concrete impact and the relationship between staff, animals, and the community.
“LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! I am SO fired up about this video. This will help a TON to get the word out, get more volunteers, and get dogs happy homes faster!
Tony Wasowicz, Volunteer Coordinator, Santa Fe Animal Shelter
