SELECTED VIDEO PRODUCTION WORK
Desert Heart Multimedia

I am a Santa Fe-based filmmaker and multimedia producer creating video for customer education, community engagement, documentary storytelling, and mission-driven communications.
The selected work below demonstrates interview-led filmmaking, instructional clarity, location production, professional audio, and polished post-production.
Santa Fe River Documentary
Work-in-progress trailer. Full film available on request.
Filmed in and around Santa Fe, this near-final documentary is being prepared for public screenings and community conversations. It draws on the same story development, interview, cinematography, location-sound, and post-production skills I bring to community and branded documentary projects for local organizations, nonprofits, and businesses.
Lamy – Holding The Light • Official Trailer
Created for the Our Lady of Light Historical Foundation in Lamy, New Mexico, this documentary tells a community-preservation story through resident interviews, location cinematography, historical imagery, voice-over narration, artistic renderings, and an original music score.
A private link to the full film is available on request before its official Santa Fe release. Learn more about the film.

Max’s work on the Our Lady of Light Historic Foundation documentary was both thoughtful and deeply attentive. He found a powerful narrative in the simplest moments of our volunteer efforts and revealed the heart of our community. The finished film is an honest, beautiful portrait of who we are.
Julian Scalia, BOARD CHAIRMAN, OUR LADY OF LIGHT HISTORIC FOUNDATION
Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society
A short nonprofit film created to encourage volunteer participation. The piece combines several interview approaches, candid on-location footage, graphic overlays, and warm, character-driven vignettes.
This will help a TON to get the word out, get more volunteers, and get dogs happy homes faster!
Tony Wasowicz, Volunteer Coordinator, Santa Fe Animal Shelter
Santa Fe Food Depot – Food Mobile
An on-screen client-orientation video created for the Food Mobile’s exterior monitor. Designed for easy viewing in a busy, real-world setting, it uses clear text, approachable visuals, and music to help visitors understand the visit process and feel at ease.
The videos he produced greatly exceeded our expectations. Max is very thorough. He met with our team, responded with a plan, and executed that plan meticulously.
